These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of hot air balloon flights and related services offered by M-Ballooning Marrakech ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a flight or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

M-Ballooning Marrakech operates hot air balloon flights departing from the Marrakech region, Morocco. Our registered address is Lot Iguider, Imm 134, N°2, Avenue Allal El Fassi, Marrakech 40000, Morocco. Contact: contact@m-ballooning.com · +212 6 71 51 77 81.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team (by email or WhatsApp) stating your flight date, package, and price. Please provide accurate contact details and hotel information so we can arrange pickup.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are per person unless otherwise stated, and may vary depending on the flight package, group size, and season. Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, no online payment is required to submit a request — payment is arranged directly with our team once your flight is confirmed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the confirmation process.

4. Flight Times and Weather Conditions

Hot air ballooning is a weather-dependent activity. Exact pickup times are confirmed the evening before or the morning of your flight, based on sunrise and weather conditions. For safety reasons, our pilots have full authority to delay, reschedule, or cancel a flight if wind, visibility, or other conditions are not suitable for flying. In such cases, we will offer you a new flight date or a full refund of any amount paid, at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations by the Client

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the flight, or failure to show up ("no-show"), may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented emergency, at our discretion.

6. Health, Age and Safety Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition, as flights require standing for the duration of the experience and a brief landing that can involve mild impact. Children are generally welcome from 6 years old when accompanied by an adult; some packages may have specific age or weight restrictions, communicated at the time of booking. Pregnant guests and guests with serious heart, back, or mobility conditions should inform us before booking. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any guest whose condition may present a safety risk, for their own protection and that of other passengers.

7. Conduct During the Flight

All guests must follow the instructions given by our pilots and ground crew at all times, both before, during, and after the flight, including instructions related to safety equipment, positioning in the basket, and landing procedures. Consumption of alcohol or any substance impairing judgment before the flight is not permitted.

8. Assumption of Risk

Hot air ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to weather-related risks and the physical nature of takeoff and landing. By booking a flight, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. We maintain flight insurance and follow international safety standards to reduce risk as much as reasonably possible, but cannot eliminate it entirely.

9. Photography and Media

Photos or videos may be taken during your flight or at our facilities for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be featured, please let our team know before your flight and we will accommodate your request where reasonably possible.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, M-Ballooning Marrakech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a flight, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our booking process may rely on third-party tools (such as form delivery or messaging services) to receive and process your request. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we will do our best to respond promptly through alternative means (phone or WhatsApp) if this occurs.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of M-Ballooning Marrakech or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech.
